Cheshire provides everything for the perfect holiday or short break destination. The Goose Lodge is a short distance from some picturesque local landmarks including the River Dee and Roman ruins in Chester, as well as the the stunning market town of Nantwich and it's iconic Museum Church. Both towns are packed with a rich history and a wealth of beautiful, historic timber framed buildings.
If you're feeling a little more active we have a number of fantastic walks straight from the lodge, or head a little further by foot or bike to the infamous Delamere Forest. A stones throw away are both Beeston and Peckforton Castles, stretching around the Sandstone trail. Fancy something a little faster paced? Buckle up, Oulton Park driving circuit is just down the road if you would like the thrill of a driving experience.
